Empower True Vitality

Empower True Vitality is a health and wellness coaching practice serving midlife women in Rockland County, NY, and Bergen County, NJ. The creative direction, called Energetic Calm, was developed from deep discovery into the founder's story, values, and the way she described her own approach to health and coaching. The color palette was built on intentional psychology: pink speaks directly to femininity and the woman this brand is built for, orange leads with energy and pure vitality, and blue anchors the brand with health and trust. Earthy neutrals, an off-white, and a deep brownish-black balance the palette without pulling attention from the boldness of the primary colors. The logo pairs a custom flowing script, "Empower," against a bold rounded sans serif "True Vitality," with the script connecting toward a conceptual figure to signify the path taken through the coaching journey. A system of continuous single-stroke line illustrations, abstract and fluid, carries the brand across every touchpoint, representing the path to an empowered life without relying on the generic wellness imagery that saturates the space. The work spans brand strategy, visual identity, voice and messaging, brand guidelines, and social media assets, all rooted in one line the founder lives by: age in wellness, not in sickness.
